Ich möchte das Sondertrikot kaufen und habe eine Frage hierzu. / I want to buy the special jersey.

Allgemeines

Am Freitag, 05.04.2024, 10 Uhr startet der Verkauf für unser neues Sondertrikot 2024. 

Ab 7 Uhr wird dem BVB-Onlineshop eine Warteschlange vorgeschaltet. Alle Fans werden hier über den aktuellen Stand informiert.
(Nach Betreten der Warteschlange kannst Du Dich dann aber gern nochmal umdrehen oder entspannt einen Kaffee trinken. Vor 10 Uhr wird niemand in den Shop gelassen. Wir brauchen die Zeit, um den Webshop für Euch vorzubereiten und die digitalen Regale zu bestücken.)
 
Du brauchst die Seite nicht neu laden. Die Warteschlange aktualisiert sich automatisch.
 
 Um den Ablauf so fair wie möglich zu gestalten, wird Dir um 10 Uhr ein persönlicher Warteschlangenplatz durch einen Zufallsgenerator zugeteilt.
 
 Sobald Du an der Reihe bist und in den Onlineshop kommst, hast Du 10 Minuten Zeit, um Deine Bestellung durchzuführen und abzuschließen.

Wie viele Trikots kann ich bestellen?

Pro Bestellung kannst Du maximal zwei Trikots erwerben.  

Wie teuer wird das Sondertrikot sein?

Das Trikot in der Trikotbox kostet für Erwachsene 99,99 €, ein Trikot für Kinder ist für 79,99 € erhältlich. 

Wenn Du dazu einen Flock wünschst, kostet dieser 12,99 €.

Welche Größen werden angeboten?

Das Sondertrikot wird in den Größen S bis 3XL verfügbar sein. Die Kindergrößen fangen bei 128 an und gehen bis 164.

Wie fällt das Sondertrikot aus? 

Es fällt analog zum Heimtrikot aus und hat den „Regular Fit“-Schnitt.

Kann ich einen individuellen Flock bestellen?

Bei dem Sondertrikot gibt es keinen individuellen Flock. Es werden aber selbstverständlich die Spielerflocks wie gewohnt angeboten.

Ist der Dortmund-Flock immer enthalten?

Der Dortmund-Schriftzug auf dem Rücken ist bei Blanko-Trikots nicht vorveredelt und wird nur bei Spielerflocks mit angebracht. Blanko-Trikots können nachträglich in der BVB FanWelt am Stadion mit dem Dortmund-Schriftzug nachveredelt werden.

Kann ich die Hose und/oder Stutzen käuflich erwerben?

Zum Sondertrikot sind passende Feldspieler-Hosen in den Größen S bis 3XL verfügbar. Separate Stutzen können wir leider nicht anbieten.

Gibt es auch ein Torwart-Sondertrikot?

Ja, ab Freitag, 05.04.2024, 10 Uhr gibt es auch ein Sondertrikot für Torhüter.

Ist das GLS-Logo und der Bundesliga-Patch bereits appliziert?

Das GLS-Logo ist fester Bestandteil des Trikots und vorappliziert. Das Bundesliga Logo hingegen ist optional und kann käuflich erworben werden (Preis 3,99€).

Wann erhalte ich mein Trikot nach der Bestellung?

Bei dem Sondertrikot haben wir eine längere Auslieferungszeit, welche bis zu 21 Tage betragen kann. Hintergrund ist neben der hohen Bestellmenge auch die große Menge an Flockaufträgen. Aber wir tun unser Bestes, um Deine Bestellung so schnell wie möglich zu bearbeiten und Dir Dein Trikot mit oder auch ohne Flockaufdruck schnell zukommen zu lassen.

Ich habe mir das Trikot ohne Flock bestellt und möchte diesen noch nachträglich erwerben, ist dies möglich?

In der FanWelt kannst Du Dein Trikot nachveredeln lassen. Bitte beachte, dass die Flocks zwischendurch vergriffen sein können. Wir bemühen uns, rechtzeitig nachzubestellen. Am besten informierst Du Dich vorher telefonisch.

Bieten die stationären Shops das Sondertrikot und den Flock ebenfalls an?

Neben dem Webshop wird jeder Shop eine gewisse Stückzahl an Shirts und Flocks anbieten. 

Wird es eine Möglichkeit geben, das Sondertrikot nachzubestellen?

Eine Nachproduktion wird es in diesem Jahr nicht geben. 

Wie ist das Trikot zu waschen?

Du willst lange etwas von Deinem Trikot haben? Dann aufgepasst beim Waschen:

• Das Trikot auf links drehen und bei 30°C waschen!
• Kein Weichspüler und Bleichmittel verwenden!
• Nicht im Trockner trocknen!
• Nicht Bügeln!

Wie ist die Qualität des Trikots?

Das Trikot verfügt über eine Jacquard-Technik und erfüllt die üblichen, sehr hohen Standards unseres Ausrüsters PUMA. Das bedeutet, das Trikot wird genauso qualitativ sein, wie das Heimtrikot und bei guter Pflege auch genauso lange halten.  

Was mache ich, wenn mein Sondertrikot nicht ankommt? 

Schaue bei Nicht-Erhalt des Trikots bitte in Deine Mails, ob das Trikot ggf. bei einer GLS-Abholstation gelandet ist. Sollte das nicht der Fall sein, bitten wir Dich, eine Mail an service@bvb.de zu schreiben, dort werden wir uns dann drum kümmern, dass Du Dein Trikot dennoch erhältst. 

Wie gehe ich vor, wenn Rückfragen zum Sondertrikot auftreten?

English-FAQ:

The sale of the jersey starts on April 5th, 10 am.

A queue will be set up in front of the BVB online shop from 7 am.

All fans will be informed about the current status.

(After entering the queue, you can relax and get a coffee. Nobody will be given access to the shop before 10am. We need the time to prepare the shop for you and to stock the digital shelves).

There is no need to reload the page. The queue is updated automatically.

To ensure that the process is as fair as possible, you will be allocated a personal queue slot at 10am by using a random generator.

As soon as it is your turn, you enter the online shop and  you have 10 minutes to place and finalize your order.

How many jerseys can I order?

You can purchase a maximum of two jerseys per order.

Now that the jersey is sold out, is there a way to order a jersey?

We will not offer a post-production this year.

How much will the special jersey cost?

The jersey costs 99.99€ for adults and 79.99€ for children.The price for the print is 12.99€. All jerseys will be shipped in a special packing.  

Which sizes are available?

The special jersey will be available in sizes S to 3XL. The children's sizes range from 128 to 164.

How does the special jersey fit?

It will be similar to the home jersey and will have a regular fit.

Is it possible to order a personalised print?

There is no individual print for the special jersey. Of course, the player prints will be offered as usual.

Can shorts and/or socks also be purchased?

Matching shorts are available for the special jersey in sizes S to 3XL. Unfortunately, seperate socks are not available.

Do you also offer a goalgetter special jersey?

Yes, there will also be a goalkeeper special jersey available from Friday, 05/04/2024, 10 am.

Is the Dortmund print always included?

The Dortmund print on the back of blank jerseys is not pre-finished and is only added when a player print is selected. Blank jerseys can be subsequently finished with the Dortmund print in the BVB FanWelt at the stadium.

Are the GLS patch and the Bundesliga patch already applied?

The GLS logo is an essential part of the jersey and is already applied.On the other hand, the Bundesliga logo is optional and can be selected while placing the order (only in the German fanshop).

I ordered the jersey without print and would like to purchase it afterwards - is this possible?

As long as the print is available, you can have your jersey printed in our FanWelt.

Will the local shops also offer the special jersey and the print?

In addition to the webshop, each store will offer a limited quantity of shirts & flocks.  

How should the jersey be washed?

You want your jersey to last a long time? Then please follow these instructions:

• Turn the jersey inside out and wash at 30°C!
• Do not use fabric softener or bleach!
• Do not tumble-dry!
• Do not iron!

What about the quality of the jersey?

The jersey has a jacquard technique and meets the usual, very high standards of our supplier PUMA - which means,  that the special jersey will be as qualitative as the home jersey.

Which options do I have if my special jersey does not arrive?  

If you do not receive your jersey, please check your e-mails to see whether your parcel was forwarded to a GLS pick-up station. If this is not the case, please send an e-mail to service@bvb.de. We will make sure that you receive your jersey anyway.

In case of questions about the special jersey, how do I proceed?
