I am unfortunately unable to attend, how do I return tickets? 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel tickets. Borussia Dortmund is offering the opportunity to offer purchased tickets for sale again on the official secondary market.

Can I pass on my ticket if I am suddenly unable to attend? 

Yes, the ticket is not personalized and can also be used by other people. However, the buyer remains responsible for what happens to the ticket. So if the ticket shows up on the black market, for example, the original buyer is responsible and liable. It must also be ensured that no people with stadium bans or other dangerous persons come into the stadium. The ticket buyer must be able to provide the personal data if necessary.  

Can I resell my tickets with other providers?

No, this is not allowed. Commercial or commercial resale is prohibited according to our General Terms and Conditions (Ticketing Terms & Conditions, in particular § 8, para. 2).

Can I also convert a discounted card into a full-fledged card? 

If a person who is not entitled to a discount wants to take over a discounted ticket, the ticket can be topped up on the day of the match against payment of the difference. The recharge is carried out at the clearing houses in front of the stadium (navigate to clearing house North-East, North-West, South-East). The upgrade is only possible by cash payment. Please bring the amount with you.
