My tickets have not arrived by email. What can I do?
In the Ticketshop, you can access your tickets at any time if you bought them online. To do this, go to "My Account" > "My Orders" after logging in. Then click on "Order details" for the respective lot or order. There you will find the purchased tickets listed individually. Next to it, there is a small button where you can download and print each ticket.
I lost my tickets, can you send them to me again?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reprint day tickets in the event of a self-inflicted loss. This is also stated in our General Ticket Terms and Conditions.
I have a problem with my ticket, who do I have to contact on the day of the match?
If you have problems with day or season tickets, please visit one of the clearing houses of our ticketing department. Our clearing houses are always open at the same time as the stadium entrances (navigate to clearing house North-East, North-West, South-East).
