What services does the adrenaline trip include?

The services included in this offer include: 

• 2 nights from Friday to Sunday incl. breakfast buffet  
• One ticket per person for a BVB home game at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK 
  • Choice of cat. 5 and Cat. 3 (Cat. 3 for an extra charge)
• A welcome package including fan merchandise
• One fan shop voucher per person
• One already charged "stadium Deckel" per room for a drink and a stadium sausage 
• Choice between a ticket for the stadium walk or the BORUSSEUM
• One up-to-date member magazine "Borussia" per room 

How can I book the adrenaline trips?

Booking is only possible online at besttravel . The only exception is group bookings of 10 rooms or more – in this case, please send us an inquiry by email to info@best-travel.de. When you register, a maximum of 3 rooms are available to you. Each additional room requires a separate registration.

When booking an adrenaline trip with multiple rooms, how can I make it clear that the bookings belong together (e.g. in terms of tickets)?

Of course, we can understand that you would like to sit next to each other in the most beautiful stadium in the world. Of course, we will also try to take this into account. Please enter the names of the other persons during the booking process under "Contiguous Seats". We always try to provide contiguous seating. However, please understand that this is not always possible due to the capacities.

We are a family - what can we book? 

If the child is a maximum of 12 years old at the time of travel and is traveling with at least two adults, you will receive a discount. Depending on how many adults and children you want to book, there are different options: 

1 adult + 1 child up to 12 years: No child discount possible, a normal double room must be booked.

2 adults + 1 child up to 12 years: Here you can book a double room for the family. The two adults pay the normal price for the double room, for the child a fixed price for children is charged (119€). It should be noted that there is no additional extra bed available for the child in the room. 

2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years of age: Family rooms cannot be booked via the booking platform and must be requested individually. Please send us an e-mail to info@best-travel.de. If you are travelling with a child under 6 years of age, please contact us. Depending on whether a ticket for the child is desired or not, we can help you with information. 

In which category or blocks are the tickets of the adrenaline trip? Can other tickets be booked?

Depending on availability, you can choose between category 5 and 3 tickets during the booking process. The surcharge for category 3 is €14 per ticket. 

• Cat. 5: Block 31, 33, 51 or 53 
• Cat. 3: Block 32 or 52

The tickets will be allocated by besttravel. You are welcome to make a wish regarding the block that we are trying to fulfill. Please note that the tickets in both categories are on the upper tier and at the same height. There is no difference in the height of the rows of seats. Unfortunately, tickets in other categories cannot be booked. We can only provide the ticket categories we offer. Tickets on the lower tier are generally not available.

Does a child under 6 years old need a ticket if we have booked an adrenaline trip? 

Children up to the age of 6 can be taken to BVB home games accompanied by an adult with a so-called children's counting card. You can get these for 1 € at the clearing houses at the stadium. However, the child does not have its own seat, but sits on the lap of the accompanying person. The total proceeds from this will be donated to a charitable cause at the end of the respective season. If you need a children's ticket, you have to get it yourself before the game. Unfortunately, besttravel cannot obtain children's tickets, as the age of the child must always be proven with a valid identity document.

For which games can adrenaline trips still be booked? 

All available games are displayed under "Online Booking" on our Website . Of course, the choice is greater if you book early. The sale will be closed at least 4 weeks before the respective match.
