Questions & Answers
How do I order wheelchair tickets?
Since we only have a few free day tickets for wheelchair users, these will be awarded exclusively via an online raffle (Link: Ticket raffle wheelchair users). Borussia Dortmund is trying to make it possible for as many people with disabilities as possible to visit Signal Iduna Park throughout the season. Club members are given preferential treatment, but non-members are also considered.
We will inform you by e-mail in good time before the match whether you are one of the lucky winners.

Can I also spontaneously enter the stadium with a wheelchair?
The stadium regulations in force at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK stipulate that visitors who are dependent on a wheelchair may only use the designated seats. Attending our events with a conventional seat or standing ticket is therefore strictly prohibited. In the event of panic, fire or other measures, a smooth escape for wheelchair users is otherwise not guaranteed.
Therefore, we are unfortunately not allowed to offer visitors who are dependent on a wheelchair but cannot show a valid wheelchair ticket, for legal and liability reasons, an alternative seat in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK.
We ask for your understanding that wheelchair users without appropriate tickets will be denied entry.
