I would like to buy the special jersey and have a question about it.

General

On Friday, 07.03.2025, the sale of the Neon special jersey 2025 will start. 

The jersey will be available from 10 a.m. German time in our BVB Online Fanshop . 

Local launch times are: 

• USA (ET, UTC-5): 4:00 a.m. 
• USA (CT, UTC-6): 3:00 a.m. 
• USA (PT, UTC-8): 01:00 a.m. 
• UK (GMT, UTC+0): 09:00 a.m. 
• China (CST, UTC+8): 05:00 p.m. 
• Japan (JST, UTC+9): 06:00 p.m. 
• Australia (AEDT, UTC+11): 08:00 p.m. 

In the course of the morning, a queue will be placed in front of the BVB Online Fan Shop in which all important information will be provided. You will be automatically queued as soon as you access our BVB Online Fanshop. 

In order to make the process as fair as possible, Sales start at 10 a.m. and all fans who are in the queue are randomly assigned a place in the queue. Afterwards, all fans will be allowed into the shop one by one according to their waiting list place. Please understand that there will be waiting times. 

Once it's your turn to enter the online store, you have 10 minutes to place and complete your order.

Questions & Answers  

How many jerseys can I order?

You can purchase a maximum of two jerseys per order.  

How much will the special jersey cost?

The replica jersey with short sleeves in the jersey box costs 95€ for adults. The children's jersey (short sleeves only) is offered for 75€. 

In addition, there will be other variants of the jersey in adult sizes: 

• Replica long sleeve: 100€
• Authentic long sleeve: 155€
• Replica Culture: 170€

What flocks will be available and how much do they cost?

A flock costs 15€. You can choose from all current players, as well as legends from the 1994/1995 season. 

What sizes are offered?

The special jersey will be available in sizes S to 3XL. The children's sizes start at 116 and go up to 164.

How does the special jersey fit? 

It is analogous to the cuts of the home jersey. 

Can I order a custom flock?

Individual flocks are not possible with the special jersey. However, all current players will be available, as well as legends of the 1994/95 team. 

Is the Dortmund flock always included?

The Dortmund lettering is directly attached to the back of all jerseys. 

The exception is the Culture jersey: This comes completely without back flock and cannot be additionally flocked. 

Can I buy the trousers and/or socks?

Matching outfield player trousers are available in sizes S to 3XL for the special jersey. We also offer the matching socks in sizes 1-5. 

Is there also a special goalkeeper jersey?

Yes, there is also a special goalkeeper jersey. This is only available in adult sizes. 

Is the GLS logo and the Bundesliga patch already applied?

The GLS logo is an integral part of the jersey and is pre-applied. The Bundesliga logo, on the other hand, is optional and can be purchased (price 4.00€).

When will I receive my jersey after ordering?

There will be a longer delivery time for the special jersey, which can be up to 30 days. In addition to the high order volume, this is also due to the large volume of flock orders. But we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and get your jersey to you quickly.

I ordered the jersey without flock and would like to purchase it later, is this possible?

In the "FanWelt" (Store next to the stadium) you can have your jersey refined. Please note that the flocks may be out of stock in between.  It is best to find out more in advance by calling 2031-90 200 (Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 18:00). 

Do the stationary shops also offer the special jersey and the flock?

In addition to the webshop, each shop will offer a certain number of shirts and flocks. 

Will there be a way to reorder the special jersey?

We do not rule out reproduction as a matter of principle. Depending on the volume of orders, we will inform all fans about a timely post-production. 

How to wash the jersey?

• Turn the jersey inside out and wash at 30°C!
• Do not use fabric softener and bleach!
• Do not tumble dry!
• Do not iron!

What is the quality of the jersey?

The jersey features a jacquard technique and meets the usual, very high standards of our outfitter PUMA. This means that the jersey will be of the same quality as the home jersey and will last just as long if it is well cared for.  

What do I do if my special jersey doesn't arrive? 

If you do not receive the jersey, please check your e-mails to see if the jersey has ended up at a GLS pick-up station. If this is not the case, we ask you to write an email to service@bvb.de , where we will make sure that you still receive your jersey.
