Take your time to look around. You will notice that the shop has really spruced itself up and is constantly shining with new products. There are over than 1,000 fan articles waiting for you. You will also find gifts of all kinds!

Questions & Answers

Do I have to register to order in the BVB online shop?

You have many advantages if you log in before placing an order. However, registration is not a must.

If you are a BVB club member or season ticket holder, you are already registered in the system. Fans who have already registered for a fan merchandise or ticket order are also already registered with us.

You can then conveniently log in with your e-mail address and your personal password for each order. If you have forgotten your password, you can have your password reset by e-mail under "Forgot password" before logging in. Please change your password after the next login for security reasons. We advise you to repeat this at regular intervals.

If you do not want to register, simply place your order as a "guest buyer".

Why should I register for the BVB online shop?

When you register for the BVB online shop, you have numerous advantages that you can take advantage of:

  • Fast and convenient shopping
  • Save your user data and settings
  • Insight into your orders incl. shipment information
  • Manage your newsletter subscription
  • Receive a €5 voucher (for orders with a minimum order value of €20) with an order of €80 or more (national shop only)
  • Create your personal wish list 

How do I register for the BVB online shop?

To register for a new one, please click on the small "My Account" sign in the upper right corner. There you can enter your data under "I would like to register again" and follow the instructions. Our article „Registration“ explains everything else about the process.

Is a certain item in stock in the online shop? 

All available items are displayed in our online shop. If an item is not displayed in the online shop, it is unfortunately not currently available. We are sure that you will certainly find a suitable alternative in our online shop with the large selection we offer. 

I can't click on a size, why is that?

If one or more sizes are gray and cannot be clicked, it is unfortunately not available at the moment. Only the black sizes are selectable:

What payment options are available in the online shop? How can I pay as a new customer? 

All payment methods are available to registered fans from the second order onwards: 

  • Purchase on account (national shop)
  • Credit card (VISA, Eurocard (Mastercard) or American Express)
  • PayPal

As a new customer or guest buyer , you cannot pay by invoice. In the case of an order for personalized items or orders with a different delivery address, it is not possible to pay by invoice. These must be paid in advance (credit card or PayPal). 

Why can't I select purchase on account when ordering in the online shop? 

Perhaps one of the following occurred: 

  1. In the case of a guest order, it is not possible to enter a different delivery address. 
  2. If you are a first-time customer, the purchase on account payment method may not be selected. 
  3. When ordering personalized items, only the payment methods PayPal and credit card can be selected. 
  4. In the case of a different delivery address, the invoice payment method is not possible. 
  5. Vouchers and courses of the football academy must be paid in advance (PayPal, credit card). 

How can I redeem my voucher? 

Currently, vouchers can only be redeemed in the DACH-Shop. International shop will follow soon. 

To redeem a voucher, click on "I have a voucher" in the shopping cart below the order data. Then a field will open where you can enter the voucher code:

You can find the code on the voucher. If the voucher covers the full amount of the purchase, please still have to select a payment method (PayPal, credit card or direct debit). Otherwise, the ordering process cannot be completed. Of course, your account will not be charged additionally. If the voucher does not cover the amount in full, the remaining amount will be debited via the payment method you have selected.

Can I redeem multiple coupon codes in one order? 

Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. This is also noted in our Terms & Conditions for Vouchers : "Several vouchers cannot be combined with each other." However, you are welcome to send us your voucher codes by e-mail (service@bvb.de), we will have them merged by our accounting department. You will receive a new voucher code from us for the total amount.

Why is my voucher code not accepted?

If your voucher is not accepted, there could be several reasons. Did you possibly enter the code incorrectly, e.g. a zero instead of an O? Vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of vouchers. Perhaps the voucher has already been redeemed or it has been blocked or expired for some other reason. Then please contact our service team via service@bvb.de.

I would like to book a course at the Football Academy, but I can't get any further in the registration.

All fields must be filled in in the input mask for course registration. It is also important that the selection is made "male/female". The field "Allergies/Diseases" must also be filled in. Even if you don't have an allergy, please just put a line in it. Below that, the tick must be placed in the field for consent. Only then does the "Next" button turn yellow and can be clicked.


How much does it cost to have the jersey flocked with a player name? 

The flocking of the jersey with a player's name costs 15.00 €. The league logo costs €4.00. 

How much does an individual flock cost?

An individual flock costs 20.00 €.

Please note that jerseys that are individually flocked cannot be exchanged.

Why can't I select certain Flocks on my jersey? 

Borussia Dortmund reserves the right not to print names and/or numerical codes on fan merchandise that can be assigned to the right-wing extremist scene, that are used by right-wing extremist parties or organisations, or that are directly related to racism, nationalism or anti-Semitism. Borussia Dortmund takes an unequivocal stand against racism and distances itself from discrimination of any kind. The large BVB family stands for openness, diversity and tolerance from the deepest conviction.

Can I have a purchased jersey flocked at a later date?

Of course, our fan shops will also flock your jersey afterwards. Just inform the staff at the checkout that you have brought a jersey for flocking. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send the jersey by post. Please note that we only have the flocks of the current season available.

Can any jersey be flocked?

In principle, all jerseys from size 128 can be flocked. Unfortunately, smaller jerseys are not available when buying in the online shop. If you would like to have a children's or baby jersey flocked, you are welcome to contact our colleagues in the FanWelt. They will be happy to look with you on site to see if it fits. This also applies to the jersey sets for babies.  

How long is the delivery time? 

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. On average, the delivery time is 3-5 working days after receipt of the order. Deliveries abroad usually take 9-12 days. In the case of short-term promotions, the delivery time may be extended due to the high number of requests. All articles that are affected by this have a corresponding note in the article description. 

What are the shipping costs when ordering? 

Our shipping costs within Germany are 5.00 €. From an order value over 50,00 € (national shop) your order is free of shipping costs. For orders from other EU countries (Austria, Luxembourg) we charge a shipping fee of 9.95 , from non-EU countries (Switzerland, Liechtenstein) 12.95 . Orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein may be subject to import fees and taxes. Any additional costs incurred for customs clearance are to be borne by the recipient. For more information, please contact the local customs authorities. Foreign orders (EU countries and non-EU countries) cannot be processed by cash on delivery. Orders from abroad can only be paid for by credit card or PayPal. 

Where can I have my parcel delivered? 

Basically, BVB delivers to any desired address, whether to your home, workplace, family, friends or neighbours. Delivery to a GLS parcel shop is also possible. In our international shop, we ship with DHL.

Are deliveries abroad possible? 

Fans from Switzerland, Austria, Lichtenstein and Luxembourg can place their orders in our German-language online shop. All BVB fans outside these countries must place their orders in the international Fanshop .

Can I have the order wrapped as a gift? 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to wrap the order as a gift. 

Can you ship the order in a neutral box? 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pack the order in a neutral box. Due to the quantity of parcels, it is unfortunately not possible for our logistics to filter out individual parcels and pack them separately.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards? 

Cancellation of the order is no longer possible if the order has been confirmed by us by e-mail. In order to deliver as quickly as possible, your order goes directly into processing. However, you can easily return items or the entire order to us within 30 days after receipt. Please use our Return-portal. If you would like to exchange items, please place a new order. An exchange is not possible, as "return and reorder" works faster. 

I gave my address incorrectly when ordering. 

If the order is already on its way to you, we can unfortunately no longer pass on a change of address to GLS. If GLS is unable to deliver the parcel, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, a redelivery will only take place if you have ordered personalized items. Otherwise, the order will be canceled and you will get the money back. If the order is still very fresh, it is best to contact us by phone at 0231-90200 and we will correct the address! 

I didn't get a voucher for my order over 80€. 

The voucher code is included in the order confirmation. If there is indeed no code in it, please forward the confirmation to us by e-mail to service@bvb.de . We will then take care of the matter and will be happy to help!  

Can I redeem a voucher afterwards? 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem a voucher afterwards. Your order will be processed within seconds as we work with a logistics company that starts the packing and delivery process immediately. Payment is also an automatic process. A subsequent deduction of the voucher is not possible, as also stated in the GTC. 

I have ordered a voucher in the online shop, but have not yet received it.

However, occasionally our emails are accidentally moved to the spam folder, please check this. The vouchers are sent a few seconds after the order has been placed and the payment has been successful.  

Can I track my order? 

Yes, your tracking number (tracking number) will be sent to you by email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can view your delivery status by using the tracking number (tracking number).

You will be notified of the upcoming delivery by email when the package leaves our warehouse. If the delivery is not successful, the parcel will be handed over to a GLS parcel shop for self-collection. If this is not possible, the package goes back to our warehouse and is fully booked. A new delivery will then no longer take place and the refund of the purchase amount will be initiated (except for orders with self-name flocking). 

What do I do if my package doesn't arrive? 

You can use the GLS tracking to find out about the current status of delivery at GLS at any time with the tracking number. If you still can't find or receive your package, contact our service team. We will be happy to help you. 

I received a payment reminder even though I have already made a payment.

In order to be able to check whether your payment has been received, we need proof of payment. Please send us the corresponding receipt to service@bvb.de . Please make sure that you have entered the correct reason for payment when making the transfer, otherwise the payment cannot be assigned.

After receiving the receipt, we will forward it to our external payment service provider Unzer for processing. The colleagues there will then carry out an examination and stop the dunning run after the payment has been assigned.
