I would like to log in to see the details of my membership or other orders (e.g. season ticket).
General Information
If you want to view your personal subscriptions and purchases, there are two places where you can find the data. In general Login-Overview , you can see higher-level information about your account. More details on individual orders can also be found in the login area of the respective shops, e.g. Ticketshop or Merchandise Onlineshop.
Questions & Answers
To what email address is my membership linked to?
After you have logged in to bvb.de/login with your email address, you will see in your account management if a membership is linked to your account. A small yellow circle indicates whether you are a "member" or "not a member".
Usually, it is the e-mail address you provided when applying for membership. The confirmation email was usually sent to this address and you will receive the regular member newsletters at this address.
If you don't remember, send a message from your account's email address to service@bvb.de and include your full name, address, date of birth, and membership number. We check your data and make sure that you get a functioning member account.
Why is my membership not showing up in my account?
Some memberships are processed without an email address. This is especially the case with our long-standing members. There are also cases of family membership in which only one person has provided an email address, but the other family members also want to use their own account.
If your personal membership is not listed, our service team must establish the link in the system. Please send a message from your account's email address to service@bvb.de and include your full name, address, date of birth, and membership number.
Why can't I access ticket sales to members even though I have a member account?
There can be three reasons for this:
- Some matches are sold out quickly. Once there are no more tickets available for a match, the game will no longer be displayed to members.
- If the sale is still running: in case you have a long-standing membership, there could be a technical error in the ticket shop that does not recognize your membership. If the yellow circle in your BVB account shows "Member", this error is likely. Please send a message from your account's email address to service@bvb.de and include your full name, address, date of birth, and membership number.
- If you have recently become a member of the BV. Borussia 09 e.V. Dortmund online, you may not have been activated yet. This is a formal application for membership in a registered association. Our member support team approves the application after a review. Due to the very high number of applications, this may take a few days, which is why we would like to ask for your patience. The confirmation comes by e-mail. Once approved, your account will be activated for future member pre-sales. You can see this by the yellow circle in the account, which shows "Member".
