I want to register a new BVB-Account.

General Information

Registration at www.bvb.de/login is free and comes with many benefits. The BVB account is the digital ID for all black and yellow supporters. By logging into our sites, you can not only identify yourself as a member or season ticket holder but also gain access to all your data and purchases with your favourite club.

Please note!
Members, season ticket holders, and anyone who has reserved tickets in their name in the last two years already have an account. If you register a new, existing purchases will NOT be automatically activated in the new account. Please do NOT register again; instead, send a message from your account's email address to service@bvb.de and include your full name, address, date of birth, and, if available, your membership number or season ticket number(s). Once the purchases have been activated in your account, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you no longer know the email address associated with your account, simply use your personal email address and mention in your message which email address(es) might be linked to your account.

What are the benefits of the BVB-Account?

There are many benefits to creating your personal account and using it while browsing the BVB platforms:

  • Shop online faster and more conveniently
  • Manage personal data, payment details, and settings
  • View past orders and shipment information
  • Manage newsletter subscriptions
  • Create a personal wishlist in the fan merchandise shop

Do I need to register to shop?

When purchasing fan merchandise and football academy courses in the online shop, you can also place a guest order. Registration is mandatory for:

  • Purchasing tickets for home and away games
  • Applying for membership
  • Subscribing to BVB-TV

Am I already registered? Do I already have a BVB-Account?

If you have registered on a BVB site in the past, you already have a BVB account with your personal email address. Each address can only be used once. If you try to register again with your email address, you will receive a notification. In that case, please reset your password and reactivate your account.

Members, season ticket holders, and anyone who has reserved a ticket in their name in the last two years (excluding at pre-sale points) are already registered.

Please do NOT register again; instead, send a message from your account's email address to service@bvb.de and include your full name, address, date of birth, and your membership number. If you no longer know the email address associated with your account, simply use your personal email address and mention in your message which email address(es) might be linked to your account.

What is the password policy for the BVB-Account?

For security reasons, each password must meet certain criteria. It must be at least 09 characters long and include letters (A-Z, regardless of case), numbers (0-9), and special characters.

Can I delete my BVB-Account after registration?

Yes, that is possible. In your account, you have the option to de-activate the account yourself:  

Additionally, all individuals have the "right to be forgotten" under Article 17 of the GDPR. We will, of course, comply with this within the scope of our legal obligations.

Do I need to create a BVB-Account to sign up for the Newsletter?

No, you can subscribe to the BVB-Newsletter without creating an account here
