How do I get tickets for the family block?
Members of our KidsClub between the ages of 7 and 13 have a right of first refusal on the ticket contingent in the REWE family block (64/65). Due to the very high demand, these tickets will be allocated exclusively via the request tool of our KidsClub. The purchase is made as follows:
- You log in to the KidsClub,
- you select the game and the number of tickets (max. 2 for top matches, otherwise 4 cards), but never more adult tickets than children's tickets.
- Then you send the form and receive an e-mail in which the request must be confirmed again.
- If more requests are received than there are tickets, we close the tool.
- Then we will send you the reservation and you pay the outstanding amount by bank transfer.
- After receipt of payment, the tickets will be delivered.
Children from zero to 6 years of age can go to BVB home matches accompanied by an adult with a so-called children's counting card. You can get these for 1 € at the clearing houses at the stadium. However, the child does not have its own seat, but sits on the lap of the accompanying person.
Which entrance should I take if I have tickets in the REWE family block?
Please use the North West entrance area, directly at the FanWelt. You can find a map here:

What kind of events take place in the KidsClub?
We offer you many different events: sporting competitions such as the mini district championships and our summer tournament, handicraft activities such as lantern making and school cone making, animal excursions at the Zoo Day and the Christmas party - there is a lot to do and discover throughout the year! Check the KidsClub homepage regularly, here you will find all the new promotions.

Please log in as usual at the top of the KidsClub homepage. Then select the menu item "Actions", where you will find the desired event, among other things. Answer the respective login question and click the "Submit" button. Please always note the respective conditions of participation and the information on the possible raffle of participation places. Unfortunately, registration or participation by e-mail is not possible.
Can my child surf safely on the KidsClub homepage alone?
Dear parents, dear guardians, our website makes it easy for you and your child to discover the world around the BVB KidsClub.
We have made it our mission to make the use of our offer easy, safe and high-quality for your child. The website can be used optimally on all devices – from smartphones to tablets to desktop PCs. We would like to invite you to first check our public information, play and learning offer together with your child in order to then be able to decide whether your child can become a member of the BVB KidsClub and thus also use the closed kids area.
Since we act in the interest of the child and want to use the medium of the Internet responsibly, you will not find any advertising here. You can't expect any nasty surprises because your child has downloaded something that he or she shouldn't have downloaded. Every time you interact with the BVB KidsClub, your child will be asked to consult with you – even if you have already confirmed that your child is allowed to carry out individual, precisely named interactions with the club by signing up for your child's registration for the BVB KidsClub.
Personal data that you or your child have sent to the BVB KidsClub will not be passed on to third parties outside the club. Accompany your child on their first excursions to this website and give them help if they need it. We wish your child a lot of fun and a good feeling!
My child is still too young to have his own e-mail address.
The security of your data is an important concern for us. Therefore, we follow the data protection guidelines not to send sensitive data (date of birth, mobile phone numbers, addresses, etc.) by e-mail, but to record it on the system side.
For security reasons, it is therefore necessary to create a separate e-mail address for each member or customer number. Many of our youngest members are already taking part in the predictions and competitions, of course with the help of their parents, and are looking forward to great surprises.
However, if you decide not to do so at this time, you are welcome to provide us with an alternative email address at any time.
Do you also have timetables or other material?
In the download-section you will find lesson plans, coloring pages, autograph cards, season planners and much more!
How do I get an autograph card from EMMA?
To do this, send a stamped envelope with your autograph request to
Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA
EMMA
Rheinlanddamm 207-209
44137 Dortmund
When does the membership in the KidsClub end?
Membership in the KidsClub ends with the 14th birthday.
After that, the membership changes to a youth membership, but the fee remains at €30/year until the 18th birthday. You still have many advantages such as access to the digital member magazine.
For young people aged 13 and over, we offer various offers around Borussia Dortmund. If we have made you curious, take a look at our homepage under "Youth Offerings".
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the BVB Youth Offers team. You can reach us via our email address jugendangebote@bvb.de.
Of course, we very much hope that you will want to stay in touch with us after the KidsClub and that we can continue to welcome you as an official club member at Borussia Dortmund.
