Will I get the same offer everywhere? 

Please note that there is a different offer at the kiosks, i.e. not all products are available at every kiosk. The mobile stalls with pretzels, crepes, kebabs, ice cream, etc. are also not always in the same place, the location can vary.

How can I pay at the stadium?

You can pay cashless at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK with a stadium ticket, EC card and credit card.

Can I return deposit cups to the stadium?

Since there are deposit cups for cold and hot drinks in the stadium, an additional deposit fee of €2 will be charged. Only in the away section and on the south stand are there disposable cups and, on request, deposit cups.

Since the beginning of the 2019/2020 season, we no longer work with Cup Concept (cup with handle). As a result, we cannot take back cups from the company Cup Concept.

In order to eliminate any misunderstandings, we have decided to provide each of our new cups with a €2 deposit seal.

If this seal is on your cups, you can hand in the cups at our cup return points in the stadium.

The cup can only be returned to the stadium on the day of the match.

Where can I drop off deposit cups in the stadium?

The cup can be returned on the day of the match at all kiosks in the stadium. The credit balance at the kiosk will be refunded to the stadium ticket or your EC card within 3 to 5 working days. 

If we do not have deposit cups in the stadium due to the requirements (e.g. high-risk game), there will still be a "cup return trolley" in each entrance area so that you can return the deposit cups you have brought with you. The credit will be credited to your Stadium Card.
