What is the Order & Collect service?

The Order & Collect service is a new feature that allows you to order and pay for food and drinks via the BVB app on matchdays. You can then collect your order from any participating kiosks in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK. By pre-ordering through the Order & Collect service, you can reduce your waiting time and avoid queues at the kiosks. Payment is only processed upon collection.

How does the Order & Collect service work?

  1. Log in: Sign in to the BVB app with your BVB-Account (BVB-Login). Please note that the service is only available to users aged 18 and over.
  2. Select Block: Indicate the block from which you are watching the game. You can only place an order if kiosks near your block participate in the Order & Collect service.
  3. Order: Choose the items you want and add them to your basket. After successful payment authorisation, you will receive a QR code.
  4. Collect: Go to one of the participating kiosks and show your QR code. The staff will scan your QR code and hand over your ordered food and drinks. Your account is only charged when the QR code is scanned.

When can I use the Order & Collect service?

The Order & Collect service is available on home match days. 

Where can I collect my order?

You can collect your order from any participating kiosks in the stadium. A list of participating blocks can be found in the app.

Can I order alcoholic beverages?

Yes, you can order alcoholic beverages. Please note that the Order & Collect service is only available to users aged 18 and over.

Will my order be prepared immediately?

No, after placing your order, the food or drinks are not prepared immediately, allowing you to choose your kiosk flexibly. Therefore, it may be necessary, for example, for beers to be poured upon collection.

What happens if I don't collect my order?

Since payment is only processed upon collection, you won't incur any costs if you don't collect your order. However, we ask for your understanding that your order will be cancelled after the match day.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No, you cannot cancel or change your order. However, your order will be automatically cancelled if you don't collect it on the match day.

What should I do if I have problems with the Order & Collect service?
