How to buy Tickets as a Club-Member

Your concern
As an adult member, I would like to buy tickets in the online ticket shop and need detailed instructions.
General
1. Open the BVB-Account page and log in to your account.
To buy something as a member on the BVB platforms, the easiest way is via your personal BVB account under bvb.de/login. Please log in with the email address associated with your membership. If you don't remember which email address you used to register as a member, you can find further instructions here on how to recover your account.
2. Go to the Ticketshop and search for your desired game.
After successful registration, click on "Ticket shop" and select the desired competition (Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, 3rd League, etc.). All matches that are visible are currently on free sale or on limited sale to members. In our overview you can see when a pre-sale starts as soon as the date has been set by us. If your desired match is not displayed here, it is either still on sale for season ticket holders or the match is already sold out.
3. Select match and tickets
Select your desired match with the button "Tickets from ... €". There you will find all the details about the match and can see which seats are still available via "Select seats now". In the graphic representation of SIGNAL IDUNA PARK, all available seats are shown in colour. If all seats in the view are gray, the match is currently sold out. Nevertheless, it is worthwhile to continue to check in regularly. Fans who cannot come to the match have the opportunity to sell their tickets via the official BVB secondary ticket market. These tickets will also be offered here as soon as a fan puts them up for sale in the secondary market. The free seats are then again shown in color. BVB does not have a separate secondary market platform, like other clubs, but offers relisted tickets in the same shop.
Each member is entitled to purchase a certain number of tickets. You can see how many tickets you can buy per match directly in the ticket shop. Select your desired free places by clicking on the colored dots. Under "Your seats" the current selection is displayed. When you're done, add the tickets listed there to your shopping cart.
4. Complete the order
In your shopping cart you can see all items and information at a glance. You now have 20 minutes to complete the purchase. If you want to buy more tickets, the "Continue shopping" button will take you back to the ticket selection. Otherwise, go to the checkout.
There you can confirm or change the billing and shipping address. Then click on "Continue to shipping and payment method". Choose how you want to receive your ticket. Currently, all guests must print out their ticket themselves and bring it with them (Print@Home). Select the payment method you want to use and click "Proceed to verification". If the button is still gray and you can't click it, you haven't fully selected the shipping and payment method.
Now all relevant purchase data will be displayed again bundled. Please select the white box here if the text applies to you personally. Only then can you complete the purchase. The item "Buy now" will only be activated when you have ticked the box above.
5. After the order
After clicking on "Buy now" you have placed a binding order and will receive a purchase confirmation by e-mail. With the "Print@Home" shipping method, you will receive the tickets by e-mail after just a few minutes. Under "My Account" (top right) you will find your ticket order (under "Orders"). There you can also download your purchased tickets again.

Questions & Answers
Why don't I see the ongoing member pre-sale even though I'm logged in as a member?
In individual cases, it may happen that your membership is not correctly recognized by the ticket shop. To correct this, contact our service team with a short description of the problem. Please send a message from your account's email address to service@bvb.de and include your full name, address, date of birth, and membership number. You will receive a confirmation email when the issue has been resolved. Your BVB account will then be activated again for member pre-sale.
I am a member, but I receive the message "Please log in for ongoing season ticket or member advance sales" in the ticket shop.
For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out of your BVB account after some time. To get access to an ongoing member presale, log in. In the ticket shop, the "Login" function is available in the upper right corner. Or you can go to bvb.de/login and log in with your BVB account. After that, click on "Ticketshop" to go back to the pre-sale.
I applied for membership in my account, but I still can't access the member presale.
Within your BVB account, you can become a member of the BV. Borussia 09 e.V. Dortmund online. This is a formal application for membership in a registered association. Our member support team approves the application after a review. Due to the sometimes very high number of applications, this may take a few days, which is why we would like to ask for your patience. The confirmation comes by e-mail. Once approved, your account will be activated for future member pre-sales.
I am a member, but not yet of age and no longer in the KidsClub. How do I get tickets?
Since the 2023/24 season, 14 to 17-year-old club members have had their own ticket contingent for each BVB home match, which is allocated separately from the actual member sale. This contingent will also increase your chances of getting tickets in the future, as you don't have to compete for tickets with all the other members in the ticket shop. The cards can be requested on bvb.de in your account. You can find detailed instructions in the section Youth Tickets.
