Questions & Answers

Where do I add companions when booking an adrenaline trip? 

In the booking form, you can specify "other travelers". Depending on the number of rooms and their occupancy, a maximum of 8 travel companions can be added per booking request.   

How can I pay for the adrenaline trips? 

Our trips can only be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Unfortunately, other payment methods are not available. The credit card does not necessarily have to be your own. When booking the trip, you will be asked for your credit card details in the last step. You store this on a secure page. Of course, these will be treated confidentially. The data is only stored for later debit.

When will the amount for the adrenaline trip be charged to the credit card if I have booked an adrenaline trip? 

As a rule, the travel costs are charged to the credit card on file about 4 weeks before the trip. In exceptional cases, the debit will also be made at short notice before the trip. There is no need to worry if the amount has not yet been debited at this time – in some cases, this will only appear on the next credit card statement. It is important that you have the confirmation of the trip by e-mail. If it is not possible to debit your credit card, we will contact you. 

What do I do if I've booked an adrenaline trip, but my credit card has expired or I have a new number? 

In this case, please send us an email with the new data to info@best-travel.de.

What happens after I complete the booking?  

After completing the booking process on our homepage, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt of the request. This is not yet a booking confirmation. The request is usually processed within 2 working days. As long as all the information are correct, you will receive the booking confirmation after verification. Please note that sending a booking request is binding. Cancellation conditions according to the terms and conditions of besttravel dortmund GmbH also apply to booking requests that have not yet been processed.  

I haven't received a confirmation of the booking request after booking an adrenaline trip? 

After registering, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the booking request. In individual cases, the request confirmation may also end up in the spam folder. Please take a look there. If no request confirmation has arrived in the spam folder either, please contact us again. It could be that your email address was not entered correctly when you registered, or there were discrepancies in your login details.

Can I change a name after booking an adrenaline trip? 

If the name of the companion changes after successful booking, please send us your change request by e-mail to info@best-travel.de. A name change costs 15 €.  

What documents do I get when booking an adrenaline trip? 

After successful booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. Further documents will be issued on site. The welcome package including tickets, vouchers, etc. will be deposited in your hotel room in time for your arrival.

Can I cancel or transfer the booked packages of the Adrenaline Trip? 

Of course, cancellation is possible. Here you can find all information and cancellation scales: 

• up to 46 days before departure: 20% of the tour price
• from 45 to 31 days before departure: 30 % of the tour price 
• from 30 to 15 days before departure: 50 % of the tour price
• from 14 to 7 days before departure: 70% of the tour price
• from 6 – 3 days before departure: 80 % of the tour price
• from the 2nd day before departure: 90% of the tour price
• No-show (non-start of the trip until the day of departure): 95 % of the tour price

If you have booked the Flex option, you can cancel or rebook free of charge up to 28 days before arrival (subject to availability).

What do I do if people travel with me who do not want a ticket/package (adrenaline trip)? 

Of course, there is the possibility that people travel without a ticket. Please send us an email to info@best-travel.de.

The game now takes place on a Friday or Sunday – can I rebook the adrenaline trip? 

Basically, the overnight stay period is always from Friday to Sunday (with 2 nights). This also applies if the match takes place on a Friday or Sunday. If you want to rebook (e.g. Thursday - Saturday or Saturday - Monday), please contact us. We will be happy to clarify the rebooking request with your hotel.

Can I rebook a hotel (adrenaline trip)? 

If you change your hotel up to 4 weeks before the respective match, a fee of €39 will be charged. After that, only cancellation and rebooking is possible. In this case, the cancellation conditions according to the General Terms & Conditions apply. In principle, hotel rebookings are only possible subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

I would like to arrive a day earlier or stay one night longer. Are additional nights possible in the adrenaline trip and what does it cost? 

We are happy to request additional nights for you. In this case, please send us an e-mail to info@best-travel.de.

What documents do I need to bring with me when travelling to an adrenaline trip? 

Please print out your booking confirmation and bring it with you to your arrival.
