General Information

BVB-TV is the official video platform of Borussia Dortmund. Here you will find everything the black and yellow heart desires: current and exclusive videos about your favourite club, all BVB's Bundesliga, European Cup and DFB Cup matches on demand, detailed coverage of all competitive matches including live press conferences, gripping reports and the latest news and everything you need to know about BVB.

You can follow many friendly matches and our press conferences live on BVB TV. For legal reasons, we are unfortunately not allowed to broadcast the competitive matches live. For this purpose, they will be available in full length approx. 60 minutes after the final whistle (European Cup matches from 00.00 hrs).

Questions & Answers

How can I use BVB-TV? 

A lot of content is available to you for free. To access the premium content, register with BVB-TV and take out a subscription for €1.99 per month. The subscription can be cancelled monthly. 

What is premium content? 

In addition to the numerous free videos, the subscription gives you access to a lot of premium content. This includes all BVB Bundesliga, European Cup and DFB Cup matches on demand 60 minutes after the final whistle on stream, programmes such as "Brinkhoff's Ballgeflüster", "History", "Players in Focus" as well as exclusive reports and interviews. 

Are there also free videos on BVB-TV? 

Yes, there are also videos available free of charge from BVB-TV, such as our series "Dennis kocht! ". However, most "big" videos, such as the Bundesliga matches about 60 minutes after the final whistle or programmes such as "Brinkhoff ́s Ballgeflüster", can only be accessed with a valid subscription. 

How much does a subscription to BVB-TV cost? 

For €1.99 a month, you get access to all black and yellow content. The subscription can be cancelled monthly. 

What payment options are available at BVB-TV ? 

Payment at BVB-TV can be completed via PayPal or credit card. This also applies to payments from abroad.  Unfortunately, payment by direct debit is not possible.  The monthly amount of €1.99 cannot be transferred either.

How can I change my data on BVB-TV? 

To change data in the account, please log in with your e-mail address and personal password ("Login"). Under "My data" you can then edit your personal information. For changes to your surname or date of birth, please contact us directly at service@bvb.de.

I would like to subscribe to BVB-TV, but I can't cope with entering the bank/credit card details. Can you please enter the subscription for me? 

Please understand that changes to bank or credit card details can only be made by yourself. This is for your own protection. With appropriate consents to terms and conditions, etc., this can be done via the portal: 

• After you have logged in to https://tv.bvb.de/en/ , 
• you will see your name in the upper right corner. 
• If you click on it, 
• you can select "Take out a subscription" in the menu that opens.
• In the steps after that, the PayPal or credit card details can be entered. Payment is only possible by credit card or PayPal in the monthly subscription.

If you already have a subscription, please cancel it. Then take out a new subscription and enter the new credit card details there. 

How can I register for BVB-TV? 

If you do not yet have a registered account with, please create one first and if you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot password" function. 

How can I book BVB-TV? 

You can book a subscription to BVB-TV online at https://tv.bvb.de/en/. There you can take out a monthly subscription for €1.99. The prerequisite for this is that you are registered. For BVB-TV you use the same account as on our website www.bvb.de. Please log in there with your e-mail address and personal password. If you don't have an account yet, please set it up on https://tv.bvb.de/en/ via the "Login or Register" button. After you have logged in to your account, please click on your name in the top right corner. Then the "My Account" menu opens. Here you can then take out a subscription.  

How can I cancel my BVB-TV subscription? 

The BVB TV subscription is cancelled directly in your account. Please log in with your e-mail address and password. Then please click on your name in the upper right corner, then your account will open. Under "Subscription" you will see your current subscription and next to it the button "Cancel subscription". There is no notice period. The subscription will be terminated immediately at the end of the already paid time. 

How can I change the term and payment method of my BVB-TV subscription? 

The duration of the subscription cannot be changed. The subscriptions always have a term of one month. The personal data can be changed via the customer account on www.bvb.de. Please log in with your e-mail address and password ("Login"). Under "My data", personal information such as the address can then be edited. For changes to your surname or date of birth, please contact us directly at service@bvb.de. The payment method can only be changed if the current subscription is cancelled and a new subscription is subsequently concluded.

Are vouchers still offered for BVB-TV? 

No, at the moment there are no vouchers for BVB-TV offered in the online shop.
