How do the items fit?

Basically, our items correspond to the respective sizes. If an item deviates particularly significantly from the usual sizes, we write this in the item description. As long as nothing is noted there, you can assume that the size specification fits as usual.

In our size chart you will find the right measurements for all garments. This is also linked in the online shop under the item "Do you have questions about your size?" under the menu, where you select the size:

Up to what sizes are the garments available?

Our jerseys are usually available up to 4XL (with the exception of the goalkeeper jerseys, which are available up to 3XL). The other items for men are available up to 3XL. The women's sizes go up to XXL.

Is the jersey set for children also available in larger sizes?

We have the jersey set for babies in sizes 56 to 86. The toddler sets are available from 92 to 116.

Where can I find the shoe size for the socks?

How do I determine the right glove size?

We carry the gloves in sizes XS/S to XL, the sizes depend on the circumference of the hand. You can find the respective size chart in the product details:

How do I find the right size for a dog harness?

We carry the dog harnesses in sizes S to L. In the item description you will find a measurement: The first size refers to the neck size and the second to the dog's abdominal circumference.

Which size is best to choose for the caps?

We have a very large range of caps and caps. We carry one-size fits all items like many beanies and hats. Most caps are adjustable in size by a strap at the back of the head. However, you can always find the respective information in the product description!

What do I have to consider when washing my jersey so that the flock does not come off? 

 When washing our jerseys, please follow these instructions to ensure that the flock holds:

• Wash inside out
• do not use fabric softener
• wash at low temperatures (30 degrees)
• Do not put in the dryer
• Do not iron

Do the sound articles contain batteries?

For wall clocks, bell alarm clocks, etc., AA batteries are usually required, which are not included with our products.

Which items can be personalized?

In the online shop you will find a large selection of customizable items. Cups, key racks, mouse pads, lunch boxes and scarves can be branded with your own name. You can also order jerseys with an individual flock. Some training clothing items, including training shirts, can also be personalized. Here you have a maximum of three characters available, e.g. for your initials.

Is the mascot EMMA also available for sale? 

Of course, we also have our EMMA in our Onlineshop in different versions: as a cuddly toy, music box, cuddly blanket, backpack, night light, etc.

What flags does BVB offer?

We offer a wide range of different flags . There are stick flags as well as hoisting flags in portrait and landscape format. The smallest flag is 60x40 cm, the largest 150x400 cm.

Are the cups dishwasher safe?

In the product details you will always find an indication of whether the respective cup is dishwasher safe and microwave safe. As a rule, however, these are all our cups with the exception of the magic cups. Nevertheless, we recommend washing the cups by hand.
