Can I leave before the final whistle?

Reluctantly, because the team needs our support until the last minute. But yes, it is also possible to leave the stadium before the final whistle.  

How long does it take to get out of the stadium?

If you want to leave the stadium at the final whistle, it can take up to 15 minutes to leave the stadium – depending on the seat in the stadium – as all fans want to leave the stadium at the same time during this period.

How quickly will I get home?

Strobelallee is closed to cars after the end of the game. For example, if you park in the Luftbad car park, you have to wait some time before the exit is released.  Only when the majority of the fans who are on foot have left the stadium will the exit be opened. 

In addition, there can be traffic jams, as many fans want to leave the large parking lots at the same time. 

Traffic jams often occur on these motorways in particular:

• A40/B1 in the direction of Bochum or Unna/Kassel
• A45 in the direction of Frankfurt a.M. or Oberhausen/Hanover

What happens to my belongings from the helmet booth/drop-off point if I don't pick them up? 

Our drop-off points are open from 2.5 hours before the match until kick-off and then from the 75th minute of the game until 45 minutes after the end of the game.

If the items handed in are not picked up in time, you can only pick them up after consultation with our reception.

The issue takes place exclusively in direct exchange with the delivery stamp. It is also possible to send the lost property by post for a fee.
