I would like to get original signed autographs from the team.

General Information

We will be happy to send you autograph cards. Since our BVB family has continued to grow in recent years and our players receive so many requests, we can unfortunately only send each fan four original signed autograph cards per season.

What do I have to do to get autograph cards? 

Please send us a stamped envelope with your address.

The envelope should have the dimensions DIN long 11x 22 cm and be franked with at least 1 €. For larger envelopes, we ask you to adjust the franking.

Please don't forget to let us know your desired players. Very important: Please always include alternative desired players and we will be happy to send you autograph cards depending on availability. 

Can I send cash even if I don't have stamps?

We do not accept consignments with cash and send them back immediately. Unfortunately, inquiries without a stamped envelope cannot be answered.

I live abroad, how much postage do I have to send?

The envelope should be franked with German stamps worth €1.70 or two international value coupons. For envelopes larger than 11 x 22 cm, we ask you to adjust the franking. At the Deutschen Post you can also purchase internet stamps online. Unfortunately, we cannot accept foreign stamps.

How long does it take to get the cards?

Due to the high demand, it may take several weeks to process your request. We will send the tickets as soon as possible, but sometimes it can take a little longer if, for example, highly sought-after autographs are out of stock.

Can I order a full set?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order a full set. In our online shop, however, you can buy complete sets with printed signatures or in blank (if they are currently in stock).

Can I send you a jersey or a photo and you have it signed by my favorite player?

Please understand that for organizational reasons it is not possible to have photos, cards, jerseys, posters and fan merchandise signed by individual players or the entire team as well as the coaching staff. Personal dedications of any kind cannot be realized due to the large number of inquiries that reach us every day.

Where can I get autographs on match day?

Unfortunately, our players cannot sign autographs on the day of the match itself. Before kick-off, the players are of course focused on the upcoming game, after the game some of the players have to go to interviews or doping controls, so unfortunately it is not possible then.

Where can I get autograph cards from the amateurs? 

Our service team can also issue autograph cards of our U23s. Please send a sufficiently stamped envelope to the following address. We can give away a maximum of two complete sets per person per season free of charge.

Can I order women's autograph cards?

Currently, no autograph cards are planned.

Are there also autograph cards for the women's handball team?

Please send us a stamped envelope with your address. The envelope should have the dimensions DIN-A4 and be franked with at least 1.60 €. Please send your request to the following address:
