Tickets for away games are also sold through our BVB-Online-Ticketshop.

When does the pre-sale for away games start?

The pre-sale of tickets for away games of Borussia Dortmund depends on the host club. As soon as the tickets are available to BVB, the date will be announced on the homepage in the Ticket-News .

I bought tickets for a BVB away game. Where can I find fan information for the matchday?

For BVB fans who support our team in the away section, our fan representatives compile the most important information in the fan information before each away game. You can find them a few days ahead of the game on our homepage. 

Who can I contact on the day of the match if I have problems?

At BVB's away games, our fan representatives will be available to answer any questions or problems you may have. The contact details of the fan representatives who will be on site on the day of the match can be released in the news ahead of the game.
